Conceptual design is the first step in the production of a heat transfer instrument. Our licensed engineers design the heat exchanger, or chiller, in accordance with the customer's requirements. The in-house manufacturing team then fabricates the unit to the exact specifications of the engineer. Here, the instrument is validated to the specifications of our performance guarantee. Our certified technicians perform full-service installations and follow-up maintenance service, while our design engineers are available to provide any troubleshooting that may be necessary.
